Okay.  Hajimete no Aku ch46 has been cleaned and typeset.  Should be up in a few days.

New Season of Anime in Japan

Okay the current season of anime is about to become complete.  New year means new anime!!
While I prefer dubs I also like to have up to date series (subs a few days after release).
My favorite two series from this season have been Kampfer and Asura Cryin 2.  Unfortunately they have run their course and are just about finished (Kampfer only has the extra episode next week and Asura Cryin has two weeks left).

This upcoming season has two series I am looking forward to.  Omamori Himari (starts on 01/06/2010) and Dance in the Vampire Bund (starts on 01/07/2010).

If you know anything of these two series in the manga form, you may want to see them in their anime form.  Looks like a good way to start the new year.

Onihime VS update

Okay still waiting on that translation for Onihime VS that was supposed to be coming out.  I have seen no sign of one, so I can only assume (even though I hate assumptions) that one will not be done any time soon.

Too bad, I was very much looking forward to it.  And I know a few people who were looking forward to it as well.

Just who can resist that?
I'll keep hoping that someone decides to take it up.  I'll also keep cleaning any future RAWs for Onihime VS just in case someone picks it up.

I've finished the beginning cleaning/typesetting for ch44 of Hajimete no Aku.  It should be posted up in a few days once it's checked and all that.

Once the trans for Onihime VS ch 12 is available I'll get that done quickly.  I'm really looking forward to that.  I hope it doesn't get canceled and comes along soon.  I really love that series.  And the upcoming one involves a beach and such (those with imagination and understanding of the series should understand this reference) so I REALLY want to get it finished.

Onihime VS Update and Misc

Okay.  It looks like a translation will be coming out Onihime VS ch12.  Once I get ahold of that, I'll do the typeset for it and put it up.  The cleaning for it is already done so it shouldn't take too long.  I hope that this will continue for future chapters as well.

And just a note, I've started working with a secondary monitor display.  It's awesome.  If you can, then try it.  All these simultaneous data readouts really make things easy (and looks cool as well).  It should also speed up typesetting a lot since I won't need to keep switching between programs (which is what I keep doing since I can't seem to remember more than a few words at a time).

Onihime VS cleaning fun time

Okay I was a little bored for a few days so I tried a little something.  Onihime VS is a series that I like a lot.  But it hasn't been scanlated in awhile.  Chapters 12 and 13 are still incomplete.  I took the RAWs and cleaned them up (except for sfx and out of bubble text).  Anyone who wants them can use them.
